This is the first time to write the new 30 day challenge for myself.And Ill try to Have my breakfast every morning regularly!
Since I began working ,I work day and night shift of 12 hour.And the style of my work now definitely influence my regular life style .I often do not eat breakfast at morning ,although I know the harm of no breakfast.If I do not work or I work at night ,I usually do not get up regularly.So I miss my breakfast at the company dinner room.
I’ll keep my words ,and I hope this challenge will help me restore my regularly breakfast style!
And I think I writer my New 30 day challenge in English is another challenge for me!I’m glad to see more supervisors to help me!
