In the last month,I tried to eat my breakfast on time,and I kept it for 27 days.Because in the remaining4 days, I was on a trainning,I didnot have enough time to go out to have my breakfast and I just ate some snacks.And the reasons for lacking time for my breakfast on time was that I did not get up early.So,the second challenge is realated to the first challenge.That is GET UP ON TIME!
This is the second challenge for me.AndI want to get up on 8:30 everyday to secure that I can eat my breakfast on time.Because if I cannot get up on time,I cannot have my breakfast on time.And I found that if I promise something for me,I will try my best to keep it.But there is not the promise,I usually do what I want to do at will.Usually,these thing is harmful for my health,strength,or something esle.
Look back upon my school life,I usually cannot get up on time for the last 16 years!!So ,I think this challenge is very hard for me to change the bad habit which is a habit of old nurturance.But I think if I can insist on getting up on time,I will develop a good habit which may inspire me to the harder challenge and motivate myself to be more confident.
